Madawaska Door & Trim’s COVID-19 Statement

January 15, 2021

(Updated Jan 15th, 2021)

In an announcement made on January 12th, 2021, the Ontario government unveiled new public health restrictions and a stay-at-home order. Fortunately, Madawaska Door & Trim is recognized as an essential service and remains open for business. We will continue to provide services while following strict and comprehensive health protocols.

Dear Valued Customers,

First and foremost, we hope you and your families are all safe and healthy. This can be an unnerving time and we want to reassure you that we’re taking all the necessary precautions while still providing you with the high-quality Madawaska Door & Trim service.

Our factory and offices will remain open, where we will conduct administrative tasks, sales, design and reduced production. The showroom is temporarily closed to ensure the health and safety of all our staff and other customers. We will not be accepting any visitors or shoppers at this time.

Unfortunately, there will be some production delays due to certain suppliers that have closed down for the time being, meaning schedules will need to be adjusted. We recommend you reach out to our office during regular hours to discuss your schedule changes.

Our Madawaska staff are doing their utmost to practice social distancing and other precautionary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Here are some of the main precautions we’re taking as a team:

  • Daily cleaning and sanitizing of all touchpoints, work surfaces and tools
  • All materials delivered will be isolated for 4 days before being touched
  • Employees will practice social distancing and frequent hand washing and sanitizing
  • No in-person deliveries at this time

We want to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact our office during regular business hours. We’re willing to answer any questions you may have.
